Honey

About the Farm

Hall Apiaries is a honey and queen-breeding operation based in Plainfield, New Hampshire. Run by Troy Hall, what started as a hobby with no aspirations beyond a personal pastime has grown into a full-time occupation and passion. Growing up in the Upper Valley region of New Hampshire and Vermont, Troy had no idea that one could make a living working with bees. Over time, as he deepened his knowledge of the craft, he befriended two commercial beekeepers from the Champlain Valley region of Vermont, whose mentorship helped shape his approach.

Hall Apiaries produces locally harvested raw honey and creamed honey straight from the hive, and also breeds queens, working alongside the honeybee to produce strong colonies. The operation also offers lotion bars made with beeswax. Products are available through the website and at local retail locations in the Upper Valley.
